This qualification prepares students to work as civil or structural designers and draftspersons, supporting professional engineers on complex design projects. Delivered through synchronous online learning via Microsoft Teams, the program combines theoretical understanding with practical application to meet current industry standards.

Students learn to:

• Apply safe design principles to control WHS risks (BSBWHS616).
• Manage design-related project scope, time, quality, and program risk.
• Undertake detailed civil concrete and steel structure design (RIICWD533E & RIICWD534E).
