With over a decade of experience in the civil construction industry, Shubham Sharma has held multiple management positions at world-leading design engineering consultancies. His expertise spans high-rise buildings, commercial structures, infrastructure projects, advanced facilities, mining, and industrial structures. Shubham has been part of numerous major projects, including the Melbourne Olympic Park redevelopment, Level Crossing Removal Projects (such as the premium train stations at Edithvale, Greensborough, Cheltenham, and Mentone), the redevelopments of Eastland and The Glen Shopping Centres, and the University of Queensland's Andrew N. Liveris Building, among many others.
Throughout his career, Shubham has held various roles, including Draftsperson, Revit Modeller, Digital Engineering Lead, and Digital Delivery Lead. He completed a course similar to the Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design, which led to his skill assessment as a civil engineering draftsperson. This qualification helped him secure a job in the civil construction industry and provided a pathway for permanent residency in Australia.
